• Your account is deleted right away and you are logged out on all your phones.

Can't use the app? Ask us by email

You don't need to install the app again. Send an email to traderssai994@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my SaiChat account" and the mobile number of the account.

To make sure the request comes from the owner of the number, we will contact that number before deleting anything. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to your email when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, about and picture), settings, notes, reminders, scheduled messages, starred messages, Bin, lists, Quick Reply shortcuts, chat lock PIN, block list, one-tap login keys and linked Gmail.
• You leave all your groups and you are logged out on all phones.
• In chats with you, people see "Deleted account" and can no longer send you messages.

What is kept, and for how long

• Messages you already sent stay with the people you sent them to until they are deleted automatically, at most 60 days after they were sent.
• Reports of abuse may be kept for as long as needed to keep SaiChat safe.
• Technical records such as server logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.
• If you join again later with the same number, it is a new account: your old chats and messages are not shown to it.
