Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using SaiChat, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use SaiChat.
Your account
You need a mobile number that can receive WhatsApp messages to log in. Keep your phone, your login code and your chat lock PIN safe — you are responsible for what happens on your account. SaiChat is not meant for children under 13; if you are under 18, use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
How SaiChat works
SaiChat is built around a few simple rules: a message that cannot reach our servers within 5 minutes is not sent; messages and voice messages are deleted automatically 60 days after they are sent (star what you want to keep); a message can have up to 2,000 characters; and a voice message can be up to 2 minutes long. Please keep your own copy of anything important, for example with Save chat in a group.
Acceptable use
Do not use SaiChat to:
- send spam, scams or bulk messages people did not ask for
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone
- share illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content, or anything that harms children
- promote gambling, betting or any other unlawful activity
- share someone else's private information without their permission
- pretend to be another person or business
- break, overload or misuse SaiChat or other people's accounts
We may limit, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
Business accounts
Business accounts and verified badges are given only by SaiChat. A business must message only people who chose to contact it, must stop when someone asks it to, and is responsible for every message it sends — including scheduled messages and automated replies.
Your content
You own the messages you send. You give SaiChat permission to store, process and deliver them only as needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Developer tools
If SaiChat gives your account developer tools such as API keys or webhooks, keep them secret, use them only for your own account and follow our usage limits.
Service availability
We work hard to keep SaiChat running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. SaiChat is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, SaiChat is not responsible for indirect losses, or for messages that are not sent or are deleted under the rules above.
Changes and ending
We may update SaiChat or these Terms; when we do, we change the "Last updated" date. You can stop using SaiChat and delete your account at any time. We may stop or limit your access if you break these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
